would it be possible to install a 240mm watercooling with a 3-fan rtx 3060 without encountering problems? Thank you very much!

Hoi.

I had the Elite. Had! The airflow is very poor in this case because of the glass panel in the front. Everything got much too warm. That's why I sold it straight away - absolutely not to be recommended. The problem is explained in various articles on the Internet. Take a look at the NZXT H510 Flow. It's actually the same case, but there's a ventilation grille in the front. I changed to this case and immediately replaced the Elite.

I have installed the following components in the NZXT H510 Flow:
- be quiet! Silent Loop 2 (CPU cooler) in the front
- MSI GeForce RTX 3080 TI SUPRIM X

There is about 7-8mm clearance (air) between the radiator in the front and the graphics card. Unfortunately I can't see how to post a picture right now.
