Would like to use this monitor for my PC and my PS4 at the same time. Is this monitor suitable for PS4 gaming? and does my Sapphire RX 470 reach 4K with the included display port cable?

Hey you can connect your ps4 you can but you can only turn on one device not pc and ps4 at the same time.
And the DisplayPort cable is fine
