The Aton Base-fix is installed in the car using Isofix connectors, providing additional stability and safety. Alternatively, it can also be secured with a seatbelt in vehicles without Isofix. With double protection from the Isofix connection and support leg, the Aton Base-fix is optimally anchored in the car and allows for the Cybex Aton infant car seat to be connected very quickly and easily through a locking mechanism developed by Cybex. A green indicator shows that the infant car seat is secured, preventing improper handling. The height-adjustable support leg enhances stability in the event of an accident. The Aton and Aton Base-fix are relatively lightweight, making it easier to install and remove them as well as switch between vehicles.
