The Casio FX-85DE Plus features a natural display. The so-called Natural V.P.A.M. LCD allows you to enter and display fractions, square roots, and other numerical expressions in the same way they appear in your textbook (V.P.A.M. stands for visually perfect algebraic method). The FX-85DE Plus easily converts between sexagesimal and decimal and vice versa. It calculates in degrees, radians, and provides conversions from polar coordinates to rectangular coordinates and vice versa. Additionally, the calculator is equipped with a random number generator. Other highlights of the FX-85DE Plus include prime factorization, calculations with remainders, a repeat function, 24 levels of parentheses, a memory for nine variables, and a STO/RCL key.
