Hello What is the advantage of the Cameo 4 Plus over the Cameo 4? Can I cut adhesive film without cutting through the backing paper? Where can I get the film?

The difference is in the size. With the silhouette 4 you can plot up to a width of approx. 30cm. With the 4plus up to 38cm.
Whether you cut the backing depends on the setting. If the pressure or the cutting depth is too high, you will cut the backing. The programme has quite good presettings, but you can adjust them according to your own experience. Depending on the film, sometimes you just have to test it.
