I just wanted to hang up my lamp that I ordered a few weeks ago (due to moving only now). Now the screws / dowels that belong in the ceiling are missing. They should be included in the delivery or not?

I just wanted to hang up my lamp that I ordered a few weeks ago (due to moving only now). Now the screws / dowels that belong in the ceiling are missing. They should be included in the delivery or not?

Answer

We had the lamp hung by an electrician, as we have no knowledge of where which cables have to be connected. But we didn't have to give him any plugs and screws.
