Is the outdoor batten luminaire 200 cm also available as an extension so that I can attach it to an existing transformer with a T-piece?

No, the Outdoor Lightstrip are all on their own, so they cannot be combined from the power supply or as an extension. But of course they can be combined in the control system.
You can neither extend nor shorten the Outdoor. That is the only disadvantage of the Outdoor Lightstrips.
