Question about Xiaomi Smart Pet
Hello I have had this product for a long time and am actually very satisfied. However, I often have the problem that when I clean it or fill it with water and then remove the lid with the contacts and put it back on again, the water does not flow because the lid is supposedly not on. I have checked the contacts. But somehow it seems like everything is warped and therefore there is not always contact. Does anyone know this problem? It's really annoying when it takes 30 minutes after cleaning or something for the water to flow again....

Addendum: Cleaned today and the pump did not start. I loosened the 2 screws on the cover (where the 3 gold pins are) and examined the connection and contacts to the housing. Somehow the gold and the counter contacts on the housing react and a dark coating is on it. I cleaned the silvery contacts on the housing with a harder sponge and now it works again.

I am also super satisfied with this fountain and had the same problem.
My solution was rather pragmatic:
Fill the vessel with water, insert the lid and place the whole thing in the body. But let the whole thing "fall" from a height of 0.5-1 cm. This way the contacts find their way.
