I have been using this litter tray for a week now. At the beginning it recognised both cats with the correct weight. Now the toilet continues to recognise one of the cats with the correct weight. The other cat is no longer recognised and is shown as 7.2kg instead of the 4.4kg it actually weighs. What can I do?
