Is it possible to set the entrance and exit for two cats individually? For example, that one cat is prevented from going out, but the other can go out unhindered?

No, that is not possible with this model, as it "only" has a manual or physical regulator, but there is a more expensive model that is completely digital and where you can adjust everything individually via an app.
