Power wet look with lace top! Black dress by Noir made from a luxurious, elastic material blend that fits like a second skin. The asymmetrical lace top is attached to one side of the waistband of the power wet look skirt. The skirt has an elegant knee-length cut. The lace top features one long sleeve and is off-shoulder on the other side.

76% polyester, 24% elastane, polymer coating; lace 85% polyamide, 15% elastane. There is a separate size chart for Noir.
