Top quality
So firstly: the product is just as suitable for HIM as it is for HER.
Because I (male) don't use the shower head as a masturbation aid but simply for showering ;-)
What I like about it are the 3 spray variants:
Normal: You've never experienced such a fine shower spray. What's more: The thing doesn't calcify thanks to the fine rubber nozzles
Triple vibration jet: I can imagine that women like this. I use the jet under my arms ;-)
Single power jet: This is just as good for massage as it is as a hygiene jet on the less accessible (intimate?) parts of the body.
I can therefore warmly recommend the Womaniser for both men and women.

Very good at both
All in all it's a very competent shower head with a REAL plus that'll make bath or shower fun. I'm very happy with the quality of the product and the fact it got a filter for the occasional bit of sand is awesome ! It prevents having it end up on your vulva but also prevents clogging of the head which is great.

- Could have a bit more flow on the rain setting for rincing hair
