The balloon whisk is designed to incorporate a lot of air and mix the whipped ingredients to prevent clumping. It is ideal for whipping cream and egg whites, emulsifying, and mixing denser preparations like buttercreams. The product features 5 adjustable speeds and can be charged in about 4 hours to provide approximately 3 hours of cordless operation. USB charging cable included.
