The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite details, providing higher hardness. It is harder than Teflon while retaining its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the benefits of cast iron and Teflon cookware, being more resistant to damage and surpassing ceramic coatings. Thanks to the granite coating, the dishes are extremely scratch-resistant and durable. Pots and pans of this type allow frying with minimal fat, as the pan heats up like stone and emits heat over the entire surface. The aluminum housing and ferromagnetic bottom enable use on induction hobs and all other types of kitchens, providing excellent acoustic properties. Can be boiled or baked up to 220 °C.
