Cooking with induction is about 50% faster and 20% more economical than with conventional ceramic hobs. In addition, induction heats up just as quickly as a gas hob.
With induction, only the bottom of the pot heats up, not the plate. Pots for an induction cooker are compatible if they have magnetic properties.

Thanks to PowerSharing technology, 3500 watts of power and a maximum temperature of 240°C are available. One hob can be operated with a maximum of 2400 watts, or 3500 watts can be shared between the two hobs.
