The Profissimo baking paper sheets are suitable for all standard baking trays. They are silicone-coated on both sides, preventing sticking without the need for greasing. Additionally, they are heat-resistant up to 220°C and suitable for microwave use. The baking paper comes from responsibly managed forests and controlled sources (FSC certified) and is also compostable. The packaging is made from 80% recycled material and is recyclable.
