Care Instructions:
All food contains food acids, salts, and moisture that can damage the material of the knife. Therefore, we recommend cleaning the round knife with a damp cloth after each cutting process and occasionally washing it thoroughly in warm soapy water. Otherwise, even stainless steel can develop what is known as "flash rust."
