Product details

Choose a frying oil of good quality. With the FRITEL Turbo SF fryers, you can also use fat. When preparing fresh French fries, it is important to rinse off the fries with fresh water to eliminate the excess starch (otherwise the fries stick together and don’t fry properly). Dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel. Pour the fries into a bowl with kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.
