Product details

Compact size and stainless steel construction, the BS41 offers several features: it can be used as a traditional contact grill, a Panini press for preparing tasty sandwiches, a half plate griddle, or completely open for grilling fish or meat, effectively doubling the cooking surface. It has a large anti-burn handle, and the temperature control knob along with power indicator lights and "ready to grill" indicator are conveniently placed on the base. The unit is equipped with two large removable non-stick plates featuring a special "Petravera" coating: these innovative non-stick plates with a stone effect enable healthier, natural, and fat-free cooking.
