The revamped Cerasafe® Triply casserole is 100% PFAS-free and plastic-free, ensuring healthy cooking. HEIROL Cerasafe® Triply products feature a ceramic coating that is completely free from harmful PFAS chemicals, starting from the manufacturing processes. The product is long-lasting in use, making it a favorite among professionals.

It has a high-quality, excellently heat-conducting three-layer structure. The body and handles are made of stainless steel, and the riveted handles endure oven use (max 200°C). The product is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.

The Cerasafe® Triply series is an eco-friendly baking dish series: due to its excellent heat conductivity, it consumes very little energy, and thanks to its durable coating, the product lasts a long time. The coating does not contain PFAS chemicals.

An alternative to PTFE-based coatings containing PFAS chemicals is the PFAS-free sol-gel coating, whose main components are the inorganic and organic salts of silicon dioxide, sodium silicate, and methyl trimethoxysilane, which are the second most abundant element in the earth's crust, along with water.

Sol-gel technology allows for the production of environmentally friendly coatings on various materials while saving energy at lower temperatures.

In January 2022, HEIROL became the first Finnish actor to sign the NO TO PFAS movement initiative led by the environmental organization ChemSec. This movement aims to eliminate and ban several harmful fluorinated (PFAS) compounds—called “forever chemicals” because they do not break down in nature.
