The revamped Cerasafe® Triply frying pan is 100% PFAS-free and plastic-free, ensuring healthy cooking. HEIROL Cerasafe® Triply products feature a ceramic coating that is completely free from harmful PFAS chemicals for both humans and nature, starting from the manufacturing processes. The product is durable for long-term use and is therefore also a favorite among professionals.

The high-quality, excellently heat-conducting three-layer construction ensures effective cooking. The body and handle are made of stainless steel, and the riveted handles are also suitable for oven use (max 200 C). The product is compatible with all stovetops, including induction.

The Cerasafe® Triply series is an eco-friendly frying pan collection: due to its excellent heat conductivity, it consumes minimal energy, and thanks to its durable coating, the product lasts a long time. The coating does not contain PFAS chemicals.

An alternative to PTFE-based PFAS chemical coatings is the PFAS-free sol-gel coating, whose main components are inorganic and organic salts of silicon dioxide, sodium silicate, and methyl trimethoxysilane, along with water.

Sol-gel technology allows for the production of environmentally friendly coatings on various materials at low temperatures, saving energy.

In January 2022, HEIROL became the first Finnish organization to sign the NO TO PFAS movement initiated by the environmental organization ChemSec. The movement aims to phase out and ban several harmful fluorinated (PFAS) compounds, referred to as "forever chemicals" because they do not break down in nature.
