The redesigned Cerasafe® Triply saucepan is 100% free from PFAS, plastic-free, and guarantees healthy cooking. HEIROL Cerasafe® Triply products feature a ceramic coating entirely devoid of harmful PFAS chemicals to humans and nature, from the manufacturing process onwards. The product is long-lasting in use and is therefore a favorite among professionals.

It has a high-quality, excellently heat-conducting three-layer construction. The body and handle are made of stainless steel, and the riveted handles withstand oven use (maximum 200°C). The product is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.

The Cerasafe® Triply series is an eco-friendly baking dish series: due to its excellent heat-conducting ability, it consumes very little energy, and because of the durable coating, the product lasts a long time. The coating does not contain PFAS chemicals.

An alternative to PTFE-based coatings containing PFAS chemicals is the PFAS-free sol-gel coating, whose main components are inorganic and organic salts of silicon dioxide, sodium silicate, and methyl trimethoxysilane as well as water.

Using sol-gel technology, environmentally friendly coatings can be produced at low temperatures, saving energy when applied to various materials.

In January 2022, HEIROL signed the NO TO PFAS movement initiative by the environmental organization ChemSec as the first Finnish actor. The movement aims to phase out and ban several harmful fluorinated (PFAS) compounds, often referred to as "forever chemicals" because they do not break down in nature.
