Fryer with the highest power on the market in its performance class. The Hendi Goliath has a power output of 10,200 W and can prepare up to 1 kg of fries in about 3 minutes, thanks to the extremely efficient, extra-strong heating element. The oil heats up very quickly: approximately 5 minutes, depending on the ambient conditions. The housing, tank, and lid are made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel. The spacious 10-liter container features a V-shaped profiled bottom, creating an even more efficient "cold" zone and enhancing the fryer's performance.

The set includes a very sturdy frying basket measuring 290 x 200 x (H) 142 mm made of nickel-plated wire. The basket is equipped with a long, heat-resistant handle (162 mm) and has a holder for secure placement in the chamber. A high-quality thermostat from the German manufacturer EGO with an indicator light shows the operation of the heating element. The removable control unit and heating element have a built-in safety feature that shuts off the device when lifted. The temperature can be adjusted from 50 °C to 190 °C. Embossed minimum and maximum oil level indicators are present in the chamber. A drain valve allows for easy emptying of the oil container, and there is overheating protection via a resettable thermal fuse.
