Thanks to the tension lever, the side wall of the springform can be easily released. The ring opens, allowing you to remove the bottom of the pan and reinsert it. This enables easy removal of the baked cake without the need to flip it over.

The flat bottom of the springform ensures even heat distribution, guaranteeing perfectly baked cakes and tart bases. Additionally, the bottom features a central chimney, making a separate bundt pan unnecessary. This allows you to effortlessly bake pound cakes and gugelhupf.
