The Kaiser springform pan Ø 26 cm Classic is a high-quality baking tin that makes baking cakes and cake bases easier. With a diameter of 26 cm, it offers enough space for your favourite recipes. Thanks to the clamping lever, the side wall of the springform pan can be easily released. The ring opens so that you can remove the base of the tin and clamp it back in. This makes it easy to remove the baked cake without having to turn it over. The flat base of the springform pan ensures even heat distribution and therefore guarantees perfectly baked cakes and cake bases. The base also has a central chimney, which makes a separate ring mould superfluous. This means you can also bake sponge cakes and bundt cakes effortlessly. Thanks to the non-stick coating, the cake can be easily removed from the springform pan as soon as you release the clamping lever. The lower support plate is slightly larger than the ring, making the springform pan absolutely leak-proof.
