Spaghetti Chitarra (guitar noodles) are a square pasta format with a width of 2 mm. The recommended dough thickness is achieved with position 4 of the wheel on the dough sheeter. You can operate it by hand with the appropriate crank or with the Pastadrive motor. The barely perceptible rough surface of the rollers allows pasta to absorb sauces better. The aluminium rollers are anodised so that no harmful particles are released, even after many uses.
