The Opinel paring knife No 06 is a practical companion for on the go, as the blade can be folded in like normal Opinel pocket knives. The double blade made of stainless Sandvik steel is reliably secured when open by turning the Virobloc ring. The handle, made from a single piece of beech wood, is protected from moisture by a special coating.
