This appliance is less portable than the Crock-Pot. Because the bowl is made of metal instead of ceramic, it does not stay warm for hours after being switched off. Other than that, nothing. I find it great for everyday kitchen use (e.g. rice, beans, soups, curries, yogurt)!

Hello Thomas. I don't think the CP Express is suitable for this. Even the risotto function on the CP Express disappoints me. I have been using small, medium and large rice cookers for Thai jasmine (full) rice and basmati (full) rice for years. If you like to eat Thai rice more often, it is worth buying a rice cooker 1000 times over! Medium e.g. Solis 2in1 (currently on offer) or larger Primotecq /Fust.

Helpful answer

Yes, but only a small one. You can find tons of great recipes on the internet under Pinterest, otherwise there are also cookbooks in bookshops, the English ones are the better cookbooks.
