Can the door be fixed on the other side of the cabinet if it opens in the opposite direction to the photo?

On the picture with my measurements it says max 510 mm, does this measurement include the bin with the compost bin attached?

Does it work for the standard 35L bags?

Does it work for the standard 35L bags in switzerland? Or is there some kind of thing to take into consideration?
