Hello, yes absolutely, you can refreeze the ice cream that you have not used, it remains perfect, its taste is not altered. If you put it back in the freezer for a while and you find it too hard, the little trick is to put the plastic pot back on the machine and do the same thing again after freezing, and you will find perfectly smooth ice cream...

The cup must be inserted once and turned to the right until it locks into place. Then the light no longer lights up and the machine is ready for use.

What is actually the purpose of this machine, that it stirs, freezes the ice cream or stirs and freezes? We make our ice cream with liquid nitrogen or dry ice, 2 minutes of manual stirring and the ice cream is ready. Do we simply need the machine here because it cools much more slowly? And do ice crystals not form?

Received the ice cream machine yesterday! Prepared three flavours of ice cream and left them in the freezer for 20 hours! Today I put the chocolate ice cream into the Creami and the ice cream was quite thin! Do I need to add something to thicken it or should the ice cream have been in the freezer for longer?
