The lid knob is a replacement part for the lid handle of Staub cocottes. It measures 4 cm in diameter and is 2.8 cm high. The handle fits all Staub lids ranging from 18 to 41 cm and can be easily replaced. The lid knob is made of nickel-plated stainless steel. With its metallic shine, it complements all colors of Staub cocottes. With the large knob, you can replace an older or defective lid handle on a Dutch oven or roasting pan.
