The automatic Sensor Cooking technology ensures a perfect cooking process with 9 different cooking programs (burgers, steaks, sandwiches, sausages, fish, poultry, seafood, pork, and bacon). The thickness and quantity of food placed on the grill do not matter. The light indicator detects the food on the grill and adjusts accordingly (purple for preheating, blue, then green for the start of cooking, yellow when the food is rare, orange for medium, and red for well done). To taste, simply lift the lid, remove the food, and enjoy. The 4 manual modes allow for manual temperature control, making it easy to cook fruits or vegetables as well. The large juice collection container with a 7° tilt captures meat juices, which can also be used to enhance sauces.
