The ZWILLING Flow pots feature a SIGMA Classic base. This sandwich base optimally distributes heat, consisting of two layers of stainless steel that enclose an aluminum core, allowing for quick and even heat distribution while effectively retaining heat during cooking. We bought 17 stainless steel pot sets, from the cheapest for 50 euros to the most expensive for well over 500 euros. Almost all of them consist of four to five pots. Even cheaper sets are among the best tested.
