With Kaiser, you have everything under control. Because Kaiser Bake and Take is a baking pan and transport lid in one. This allows you to not only bake your favorite cakes well but also transport and keep them fresh. The transport lid is unbreakable and easy to open and close.
Let’s get started with Kaiser Bake and Take. In a springform, the side wall can be released using a tension lever: the ring opens, and you can remove the base of the pan and reinsert it. With a flat base, cakes and tart bases succeed in the springform. The base with a central chimney replaces a bundt pan for pound cakes and gugelhupf.
Unlike other baking pans, the finished cake is not inverted out of the springform. Instead, you release the tension lever, the cake separates on its own thanks to the non-stick coating, and you lift the ring away. Since the bottom support plate is slightly larger than the ring, springform pans are completely leak-proof. They are available in various sizes and shapes, such as round, square, or heart-shaped.
