According to the manufacturer's website, the Cortina Granitium is not induction-compatible. Is this a mistake on your part or is the manufacturer's website not up to date?

There is no mistake. I own this pan set and it is not magnetic, so it is NOT induction-compatible. I've been using the frying pans for about 5 months now and can't report anything negative yet.
