Can a normal-sized dough bowl also be used instead of the large 4.6 lt one? Or is it only possible with the large ones? I have a smaller Chef and I don't want to throw away my old accessories, I want to be able to use them with the new one!

Regarding the KVL6300 Chef XL, only the one bowl with 6.7 L capacity works. Unfortunately, the smaller bowls are only compatible with the small machine.
As the connections are at the top front and back of the Chef and Chef XL, you can easily connect the corresponding accessories to both machine sizes. Only the bowl accessories (such as the ice cream maker) and the stirring elements are not compatible.
