I have wooden parquet flooring with two small carpets (1.5 m x 50 cm) in front of one balcony door each to avoid soiling. The thick carpet (2 cm high) gets stuck on it. The other carpet is thinner (braided cotton), but as it has no rubber underlay (!), the Ecovacs pushed around a bit until it gave up and moved on. So no problem with thin carpets.

Thin mats no problem, whole room carpet also works, but only without the duster attachment.
It gets stuck on thicker carpets. Also, the suction power is not enough for proper carpet cleaning.
