I know mainly about kneading (e.g. for bread, plait, tortillas, piadina, pita, etc.), and 200 g is rather too little. In my experience, the lower limit with the kneading hoe is about 300 g of flour, so that you get good results. I can't judge cream, but beating two egg whites worked.

It can, but then I would use the whisk instead of the normal beater. Otherwise, it stirs above the contents. However, it is not that optimal for small quantities.
