Good day The bowl light on my newly delivered Kenwood Chef XL Titanium has not worked since I started using it. Is there something wrong? Pressing the illumination touchpad has no effect... I hope you can help me...

For me, the dish illumination only works when the 'main switch' (in the middle of the speed setting) is on. But then it works perfectly with Touch.
