I bought one in another shop, not Galaxus, and was not able to finish app installation. Contacting ECOVACS it appeared to be sourced from a batch of stolen devices, which were blocked by the app. The front sign was same as yours, unable to be installed in current region. I also returned back the device. I would love to know the devices from galaxus are not having same problem, to possibly re-buy here.
