I agree with torsa. Perfect for hard floors. It vacuums well on medium-pile carpets. I don't have long-pile carpets.

I don't have any carpets. Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are ideal for hard floors but only mediocre on carpets. I should use a handheld hoover. I've had lots of robot hoovers but none have met my expectations on carpets. But it's ideal for hard floors. I'm also very satisfied with the mopping result.
