Is the cyclone filter of this upright hoover suitable for allergy sufferers? (I can't find a handheld hoover with a HEPA13 filter) How is the filter cleaned? Has anyone already replaced it?

I don't know whether it is suitable for allergy sufferers.
I clean it under running water and leave it to dry thoroughly. I have not replaced it.
