What about the limescale inhibitor? According to the description, it must be replaced every 18-36 mths. However, it is not possible to order this in Switzerland or the EU.

The "scale inhibitor" on the Dreame X50 Ultra is currently not available as a spare part in CH/EU. It is presumably an internal module that cannot be replaced separately.

Dreame recommends using either filtered or decalcified water for hard water.
