The included 10-ounce boxing gloves made of skin-friendly PU material are perfect for sparring training in your boxing home studio. With their comfortable padding, they are also suitable for harder punch combinations. To help you quickly and safely learn all boxing techniques, a training DVD is included. Regular endurance training with the jump rope ensures perfect conditioning. With the included ceiling hook made of double-hardened quality steel, you can start your training right away.
