Product details

From the outside, you wouldn't guess what a small pedometer like this can do. With a completely simple operation, the Omron Walking Style 4 offers several ways to track your walking and running activities. First, the Walking Style IV measures your steps with a highly precise 3D sensor. Additionally, it automatically detects fast (aerobic) steps and displays them separately. Aerobic steps are defined as more than 60 steps per minute over a period of 10 minutes.

Ingredients and instructions for use

Instructions for use
- For correct positioning, the device is attached to the belt or waistband of shorts or trousers. Most models have a belt clip and a strap, whereby the strap clip must be attached to the clothing so that the device does not get lost. - The value for the stride length initially shown on the display is an estimate calculated on the basis of your height. Set the actual stride length according to your walking habits and physique. To measure the correct average stride length, divide the distance travelled after ten steps by the - total distance covered after ten steps by the number of steps (e.g. 7.8 metres divided by 10 steps = 78 cm). - In order for the pedometer to count your steps accurately, it needs to know your stride length (distance between steps). This forms the basis for the count. It is therefore important that you follow the instructions in the user manual when entering the stride length. - Further information can be found in the device's https://www.puravita.ch/media/wysiwyg/Gebrauchsanweisungen/AM_376_HJ-325-E.pdf.
