Uniform flame pattern for cast iron and forged steel: The Petromax gas stove, developed in-house, delivers heat directly where it's needed with a powerful 5 kW burner. The round burner hidden beneath the cooking surface optimally distributes heat, particularly enhancing the ideal heat distribution and retention of cast iron. On the removable cooking surface, all Petromax pans and Dutch oven models from size ft3 can be used. The combined control element with integrated piezo igniter opens the gas supply and provides a spark at the push of a button to ignite the flame. At the same time, turning the knob allows for stepless heat regulation. Additional safety is ensured by the integrated flame monitoring: if the flame accidentally goes out, the gas supply is automatically interrupted. The included 50 mb pressure regulator ensures a constant gas flow during operation, creating a particularly uniform flame pattern for smoke- and spark-free outdoor cooking.
