I recommend ordering two sizes, size L and XL. This is always very individual, so you can't determine the exact size based on your height and weight. It's best to measure your waist circumference in centimetres.

For me (178, 84kg, trousers/boardshorts 33-34), the L fits quite well, with still a bit roomy (I would probably be fine with M). The trousers can be adjusted with 2 side velcro straps.

The trouser legs are relatively tight, the jeans are pulled up. The size is normal, with jeans I would take one size bigger.
