A stem designed for road and gravel bikes that flexes by a couple of degrees (2.8 mm). With a riser or drop handlebar, the amount of flex increases as the lever arm lengthens and is approximately 6 mm when riding from the hoods. It dampens small vibrations and bumps from the palms, helping you to ride longer. The damping is achieved with a thin elastomer, the stiffness of which can be slightly adjusted using the upper tightening screw.
