Hello, does this scooter have a mode in which it only travels at 20 km/h (might be useful for police checks) (not that I want to drive on the road ;))?

This can be set using suitable software...as can a maximum speed of 30 km/h, which is limited to 20 km/h after restarting.

Illegal, but possible.
