hello everyone i have one of these at home really great part only i can't lock my segway via app.... does anyone else know this problem and if so what can I do to lock it again via app?

If you still have the scooter in the app, disconnect it from the app. You can do this by the 3 lines at the top left. Then add the scooter to the app again. It is also important to do all updates of the app. Hope this helps...
